The unstoppable Rooftop Film Club will be at roofs around London nearly every day this summer. Watch recent releases, cult classics and old favourites (14.30) on comfy seats with wireless headphones. Whenever a new batch of films is announced the screenings sell out quickly, so don’t waver over pressing the ‘order now’ button. A new venue in Stratford has just been announced, on the roof of an old car park called Roof East, which overlooks the Olympic park. Get the chance to see One Man, Two Guvnors starring James Corden or catch Simon Russell Beale and Fiona Shaw in Dion Boucicault’s The Assurance. Screenings range from the 1966 World Cup final to The Jungle Book and Wolf of Wall Street.

Among classic westerns, comedies and horror films, there’ll also be bang up to date UK premieres, including What We Do in the Shadows, a New Zealand horror comedy about a group of vampires and Two Days One Night, starring Marion Cotillard, which our critic awarded five stars in his Cannes review.
